  Michalis Charvatis

  Mr. Michalis Charvatis is a Civil Engineer graduated from the National Technical University of Athens with postgraduate studies at the ENPC in Paris. He has been working in construction sector since 2000. Before establishing bfc and the early years of the office he worked for SA engineering companies Gnomon SA (2000-2002), EMPEDOS (2003) and Gnomon Constructions SA (2004-2008) he participated on their behalf in significant projects such as:

   

  • Design and construction of the new building complex for NTUA Civil Engineering Department, Zografou campus
  • New building installations for the relocation and expansion of the electrical equipment industry Emm.Kouvidis at Tylisos, Heraklion Crete
  • Completion of the construction of office building at 209-211 Syggrou Avenue
  • Olympic project Panpeloponnesian national stadium of Patras: redevelopment projects
  • Renovation of a listed building of office and industrial spaces in one room multipurpose lofts at 123 Piraeus Ave.
  • Renovation of a listed building of office and industrial spaces in one room multipurpose smart loft

  Dimitris Solomonidis

  Civil Engineer, National Technical University of Athens Graduate. He has been working in construction sector since 2001. Before establishing bfc he worked for companies such as Chrysostomos Kokkinos SA engineering company (2001), SA engineering companies Gnomon SA (2002-2003), Chronos Engineering SA (2004-2006) he participated on their behalf in significant projects such as:

   

  • Hospital of Pyrgos consortium,
  • Configuring cinemas with service areas at Menidi Dimokratias Ave.
  • Leisure center with underground car station” Acharnon Ave.
  • Industrial metallic building’ at Koropi
  • Holiday home complex in Mykonos
  • smaller projects as well such as Banks, Houses etc.
